Consivo acquires Agera Trading Partner AB

As per May 6^th, 2021, Consivo Group AB has acquired the shares in Agera Trading Partner AB, a company selling non-food products such as disposable items, candles, party products, etc. Agera Trading Partner was founded 1994 by owner Tord Grundström who had long experience in the business. Today, the company represents leading European non-food producers, developing their market share by offering a competitive product range to its customer base. The yearly turnover is approximately 100 MSEK and the business is done in both grocery, home decor, on-line and discount trades and among the largest customers you find among others ICA, Rusta, ÖoB, Coop Norway and Bergendahls.
