Gradient Benchmark Europe AB, part of the Consivo Group, has signed an agreement to acquire the research company Finfact Oy as of 1 January 2024. Finfact is, with the Factum report, the leading player in B2B customer benchmarking on the Finnish market within i.a groceries, foodservice and DIY.
Through the acquisition, Gradient Benchmark broadens its offer to also include Finland, and we can thus offer B2B customer benchmarking in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland. We see interesting opportunities to, in addition to benchmarking customer relations between suppliers and trade in one country, also be able to offer corresponding benchmarking between the Nordic markets in the future.
