Consivo acquires Danish food distributor L'Italia Buona

As of January 3, 2025, Consivo Group acquired the Danish food distributor L'Italia Buona. Through the acquisition, Consivo takes a significant step in the direction of the vision of being "the Gateway to Nordic consumers" and can now offer distribution solutions in all four main Nordic markets.

L'Italia Buona is an entrepreneur-driven and growing food distributor in the Danish market, representing several strong brands. As the name suggests, the focus is on Italian goods.

Consivo sees great potential in the Danish market and through the acquisition we create a good foundation for developing the business towards becoming a leading distributor in Denmark. Over time, we will expand the offering with new categories and products while scaling up the business.

Luca Cappelletti, the entrepreneur who built L'Italia Buona, will continue as CEO with the ambition to build the company further, with Consivo's collective expertise and network behind him.
