Consivo acquires Prescott Oy

As per September 14, 2022, Consivo Group AB has acquired the Finnish distributor Prescott Oy.

Prescott holds a strong position within confectionary and other major categories on the FMCG market, successfully developed by the previous owner Timo Soini during the last 20 years. The acquisition substantially increases our presence on the Finnish market while establishing a platform for future growth as a distributor, primarily within grocery trade but also towards the foodservice market and the food industry.
