Sales Support strengthens the management function through the appointment of Tobias Søftestad as Managing Director of the Swedish operation

Sales Support's Swedish and Norwegian operations, which are both subsidiaries of Consivo Group, strengthen the management function with the aim of delivering even more customer value over time and at the same time improving the conditions for the companies' continued growth.

Tobias Søftestad, who is currently the Commercial Director at Sales Support Sweden, will take over as MD of Sales Support Sweden on January 1, 2024. Odd Strand, who has been MD of both the Swedish and Norwegian operations for the past 5 years, will then fully focus on the Norwegian market in the role of MD of Sales Support Norway.

Tobias has long and solid experience from the consumer goods market and as a leader. He has held the role of Commercial Director for two years and before that has held senior positions within, among others, Midsona, Ferrero, Moët Hennessy and Diageo.
